We'll gather basic information about your event throught a preliminary questionnaire. We will ask some simple questions like what venue, how many bridesmaids, etc. We will also ask you about any initial thoughts you have about your floral needs.

CONSULT
It's time to officially meet! Whether in person at our Orchard Park location or virtually. During this meeting, we’ll dive deep into your vision, discussing your preferences, theme, and style. We'll review our portfolio and look at inspiration from Pinterest, Instagram, color palettes, and magazine editorials to ensure we capture your unique style. We will narrow down your wants and needs and start to have your vision become a reality.

REVIEW
Within 48 hours following our initial discussion, you will receive a detailed, customized proposal along with a personalized website to access your estimate, contract and make any changes.

BOOK
After finalizing all details and agreeing on the proposal, you’ll book our services by securing your date with a deposit and approval of contract. This step confirms your commitment and allows us to reserve the necessary resources to bring your floral dreams to life. We will update your personalized website that will allow you to make future payments based upon whatever payment schedule you desire.

FINALIZE
We understand that plans can evolve. You have up to 60 days prior to your event to make any adjustments to your floral arrangements. This flexibility ensures that your final vision is perfectly captured. During this period, we will work closely with you to make any necessary changes and finalize all details. Final payment will also be due at this time.

ENJOY
On the day of your event, our team will handle the delivery, setup, and any necessary adjustments to ensure your floral arrangements are perfect. Relax and enjoy your special day, surrounded by beautiful, bespoke floral designs that reflect your unique vision.

We recommend booking your wedding consult at least 8-12 months in advance to ensure availability and ample time for planning and design. A good recommendation would to book a year away from your wedding date. That way you can see the flowers that are in season at the time of your wedding.

We also will send you a brief questionnaire that you can fill out prior to your consult, which will help us get a better understanding of your wants and needs.
